[Charlotte, NC, September 14, 2026] – Immix® today announced the availability of its integration with Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), supporting RAD’s ROSA™ and RIO™ solutions within the Immix platform. The integration gives Immix users a direct way to incorporate supported RAD devices into established monitoring and response workflows, alongside the other technologies already managed through the platform.
In addition to alarm events and live video, supported RAD devices can provide operators with additional context and interactive capabilities that extend beyond traditional video verification. Alarm footage, playback capabilities and pre-alarm recording provide greater context around an event, while audio transmit and relay control enable operators to take a more active role, including initiating potential deterrent measures through supported devices.
These capabilities work alongside the AI-driven automation available across RAD’s ROSA and RIO solutions. Depending on the event and configured response, RAD technology can perform automated and contextualized actions such as situation-based calldowns before or during monitoring center involvement, while operators retain the ability to review events and take direct action when needed.
