What is Visual Camera Health?
Immix Visual Camera Health™ is an automated solution that regularly assesses the operability and visual quality of surveillance cameras to the monitoring center – without requiring human intervention. By identifying issues that impact what the camera sees, VCH helps ensure that cameras are providing reliable, actionable video coverage to the monitoring center – within Immix – at all times. The AI in VCH evaluates conditions such as:
Stream failure or blank screen
Blur or degraded focus
Scene change
Camera movement or tilt
Tamper or obstruction
How It Works

1. CONFIGURATION
Designate which cameras should undergo health checks and choose how results will be handled. They can either be escalated in real time or logged for periodic review

2. AI ANALYSIS
Health checks run multiple times daily per camera, analyzing the live stream in real-time and comparing it to the reference image.

3. EVENT TRIAGE
Based on your workflow configuration, anomalies can be routed to an operator for immediate investigation or logged for future reporting.
