Immix® Adds Melissa Rojo as Vice President of Product Transformation
Technology and Product Strategy Veteran Brings Extensive AI and Technology Experience to Drive Innovation and Product Evolution
Charlotte, NC (October 28, 2026) — Immix®, the global provider of commercial central station and remote SOC software for managed video and security services, announced the addition of Melissa Rojo as its new Vice President of Product Transformation. The appointment is a direct investment in the Immix platform. Rojo will lead how the product evolves, with a mandate to make monitoring operations faster and more efficient while preserving the reliability, auditability and compliance the industry depends on.
Rojo joins with more than 10 years of experience putting artificial intelligence into live business operations: not pilots, but systems handling high volumes of repetitive decisions every day, with people kept in control of the ones that matter. Monitoring centres face the same problem, as operators absorb a rising volume of events where most need no action and the few that do must be handled correctly and provably, every time.

Throughout her career, Rojo has led the development of several AI platforms now in production use, including RAIma, a patented AI platform supporting the employee lifecycle that has delivered a 20% reduction in operational costs; TESA, which creates personalized, role-based learning journeys; and an agentic procurement platform that automates processes from supplier discovery through contract intelligence and spend analytics. She has also modernized tax systems in Caribbean countries, creating visibility into more than $1 billion in potential revenue recovery, and has applied artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in regulated, high-consequence environments where a defensible audit trail is not optional. Her accomplishments have earned the ISG Women in Digital Award, AICONIC Summit & Awards recognition for RAIma, and Partner of the Year recognition for TESA.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Rojo is a passionate advocate for the ethical development and application of artificial intelligence. She believes AI has the potential to be a great equalizer, expanding access to knowledge and opportunity for women and underserved communities. She is a frequent speaker on global stages addressing AI ethics and the transformation of business services through artificial intelligence. Rojo holds an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and completed the Women Leaders Program at INSEAD Business School.
