Immix is pleased to announce the release of the ECHO Police Dispatch integration for the Immix CS/GF Platforms
ECHO-connected police forces in the UK can now receive digital alarm signal transmissions from approved Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) to direct to their dispatch desks via the Immix platform using the ECHO integration. Police estimates indicate a saving of up to 4 minutes in their response times to ECHO-connected intruder and hold-up alarm systems, which could prove critical in an emergency situation.
