Immix® is now one brand for both the product and company.

Reflecting the business growth, the new brand reinforces its mission to enable teams and products to work effectively together, respond faster, and unlock opportunities for achieving better security outcomes. Immix supports any organization that runs a proprietary or third-party commercial central station or monitoring center servicing commercial, residential or enterprise customers.

“We are excited about this change and feel that it will better enable us to service our core customer base of central stations and video guarding providers,” says Chris Brown, Vice President of Immix.  “We have experienced a tremendous level of growth over the past few years and the needs of our customer base differ from those of SureView’s Command Center base. As such, we felt it was necessary to make this separation in order to streamline both the product and our support team to help our customers meet the challenges they face and grow and succeed using the Immix platform.”

Immix puts everything into a single-pane-of-glass, including alarms, cameras, video streams, SOP’s, and mapping, giving users an immediate and comprehensive view of every security event presented in the platform. Immix tracks everything an operator sees, says and does in the background for investigations, auditing, compliance, and debriefing.  It is the most widely used platform for managed and monitored video services in the industry.

“Last year we completed some major upgrades to the Immix platform, with the addition of HTML5 for Flash replacement, speed enhancements, SaaS integrations and more–all designed to make the product faster, lighter and more robust, providing greater flexibility to adapt to different customer needs. This year we are continuing that effort with the development of a new mobile app, as well as a new solution called Immix AI Link, designed to dramatically reduce false and nuisance alarms and enhance operational and cost efficiencies for our customers,” continued Brown.

In addition to these new features, the company is also formally announcing a broader launch of Immix Guard Force (GF), a more advanced version of the Immix Central Station (CS) platform with its primary foundation being access control monitoring with video and enhanced mapping capability. It is designed for monitoring entities (central stations, guard companies and security integrators that operate their own SOCs or NOCs) that have multiple enterprise-level customers that want to monitor their advanced security applications or that have a physical guard force that needs to be more closely tied to the Immix monitoring and response platform.
