Immix customers can now leverage Actuate within AutoPatrol to support more efficient, proactive video monitoring.
Immix is pleased to announce that Immix AutoPatrol is now available with Actuate, giving customers another AI provider option within AutoPatrol.
More video does not automatically create a more proactive monitoring operation. As monitoring centers continue expanding video services, teams are being asked to cover more sites, review more activity, and respond with greater consistency. The opportunity is not just to capture more information, but to help operators focus attention where it is needed most.
With Actuate available in AutoPatrol, Immix customers can use AI to help surface activity that may need operator review while reducing unnecessary manual review across scheduled video monitoring. This supports a more efficient approach to proactive monitoring, helping teams scale services while keeping operators in control of response decisions.
AutoPatrol is designed to help monitoring centers schedule and manage proactive video monitoring activity within Immix. With support for multiple AI providers, including Scylla and Actuate, customers can choose the provider that best aligns with their operational needs, site environment, and the type of activity they want to identify during scheduled patrols.
This added provider option reflects Immix’s continued focus on flexibility, interoperability, and real-world monitoring operations. Rather than requiring teams to work around a single model, Immix helps customers build proactive monitoring services around the technologies and processes that fit their business.
