Owners acquire a commercial central station and the heavy bias toward a video monitoring customer base leads to the initial design of the Immix product. While automation is available for intruder monitoring, no system exists to support a video centric operation across multiple platforms.The decision is taken to build a product and the objective is to provide a better service to customers and to enhance the operational efficiency of the Station.
