N is for Notes
The Notes tab in the Immix Site Monitor interface is a great tool to enhance situational awareness and keep operators abreast of any important details or change in routines, schedules or the status of a site. Notes can be entered on a scheduled basis if the change is temporary and can be added or deleted as needed. In addition, if a note is deemed important enough that it requires an operator to read it each time they handle an event from a particular site, the user can simply tick the “Requires Acknowledgement” box when adding the note and the operator will be unable to close an event until that note has been viewed.
