WHAT IS THE IMMIX CERTIFIED STATION PROGRAM?

The Immix Certified Station is a program for commercial central stations who use the Immix platform to deliver interactive monitoring services. The program has both center and staff recognized as “best in class.” Certified Station requires the participating center to meet or exceed a high level of operation staff training, a significant number of active accounts, and a redundant and sophisticated IT infrastructure.

We also understand, as additional centers open around the globe, educational training and testing continuance will act as key differentiators in the uniform delivery of services across any expanding center.
